Inactive App User Push — Wake dormant app users

Campaign goal: Turn app installs into booked visits (or bring back disengaged users).

When to use it: When app users haven’t opened the app or booked.

Recommended audience filters:

  • App user = yes


  • App last active date ≥ 14–30 days


  • No bookings in last 30 days


  • Exclude: opted out


Sample SMS copy (sequence):

  1. “{first_name}, we noticed you haven’t had a chance to use the {studio_name} app yet—want me to book your next class for you? {booking_link}”


  2. (3–5 days) “If you reply with your preferred days, I’ll build a simple plan and get you scheduled.”


  3. (7 days) “Last nudge—easy booking link here: {booking_link}. Reply STOP to opt out.”


Expected outcomes: More bookings from dormant users; better app-to-visit conversion.

Suggested frequency: 2–3 touches over 10 days, then suppress for 30 days.
