Post-Event Follow Up — Retain event participants

Campaign goal: Convert event attendees into repeat visitors/members.

When to use it: Immediately after an open house, challenge, workshop, or community event.

Recommended audience filters:

  • Event attendee list = yes


  • Not yet booked next visit


  • Membership status = non-member OR trial


  • Exclude: opted-out


Sample SMS copy (sequence):

  1. “{first_name}, thanks for coming to {event_name} at {studio_name}! What was your favorite part?”


  2. (24h) “Want to keep the momentum? Here are next-step classes that fit you best: {booking_link}


  3. (72h) “We saved a spot for you this week—grab it here: {booking_link}. Reply STOP to opt out.”


Expected outcomes: Higher post-event conversion; fewer “one-and-done” attendees.

Suggested frequency: 2–3 touches over 3–5 days
