Campaign goal: Re-engage long absent members/leads with a fresh reason to return.

When to use it: Monthly.

Recommended audience filters:

  • Last visit = 90–180 days ago


  • Status = Former member OR dormant lead


  • Exclude: hard-bounced, opted-out, DNC


Sample SMS copy (sequence):

  1. “Hi {first_name}—it’s {staff_name} from {studio_name}. We’ve added new classes + new times since you last came in. Want to try a comeback session? {offer_link}”


  2. (5 days) “Curious what’s changed? Reply with your goal and I’ll point you to the best program.”


  3. (10 days) “Last note—here’s the comeback offer if you want it: {offer_link}. Reply STOP to opt out.”


Expected outcomes: Some wins from a cold list; list hygiene via opt-outs/non-responses.
