30 Day Lapsed Reactivation — Win back 30-60 day lapsed members

Campaign goal: Bring back recently lapsed members before they detach.

When to use it: Weekly batch for members who stopped showing up 30–60 days ago.

Recommended audience filters:

  • Membership status = Active OR recently canceled (depending on model)


  • Last visit = 30–60 days ago


  • No future bookings


  • Exclude: freeze, opted-out


Sample SMS copy (sequence):

  1. “{first_name}, we miss you at {studio_name}. Want to jump back in this week? Here are easy return-to-routine times: {booking_link}”


  2. (3 days) “If you tell me your schedule, I’ll book it for you—reply M/W/F or T/Th or weekends.”


  3. (7 days) “Last message from me—want a comeback class reserved? {booking_link}. Reply STOP to opt out.”


Expected outcomes: More returns from “recent lapse”; reduced churn.

Suggested frequency: 2–3 touches over 10 days.
