Campaign goal: Increase ARPU by upgrading loyal members at the moment of highest satisfaction.

When to use it: Membership anniversary (3/6/12 months) or renewal window.

Recommended audience filters:

  • Membership tenure = 11–13 months (or milestone)


  • Engagement = consistent (e.g., 6+ visits in last 30 days)


  • Exclude: past upgrade in last 90 days, opted-out


Sample SMS copy (sequence):

  2. (3 days) “If you reply with your main goal, I’ll recommend the best tier (and apply the bonus). Reply STOP to opt out.”


Expected outcomes: More upgrades; stronger member loyalty.

Suggested frequency: 1–2 touches during anniversary week.
