Campaign goal: Reinforce identity (“I’m a regular now”) and generate referrals.

When to use it: Triggered at the 10th class (or any milestone: 5/25/50).

Recommended audience filters:

  • Attendance milestone = 10 classes completed (lifetime or within 90 days)


  • Membership status = Active (or trial upgraded)


  • Exclude: opted-out


Sample SMS copy:

  1. “🎉 {first_name}, you just crushed your 10th class at {studio_name}! Proud of you. Want a quick goal check-in so we keep momentum going?”


  2. “Also—know someone who’d love this? I can send them a guest pass. Reply with their first name.”


Expected outcomes: Higher retention through recognition; new leads from warm referrals.
