Campaign goal: Prevent silent churn by reactivating at-risk members.

When to use it: Monthly, or weekly for at-risk cohorts.

Recommended audience filters:

  • Membership status = Active


  • Visits in last 30 days < 2


  • No future bookings


  • Exclude: freeze, medical hold, opted-out


Sample SMS copy (sequence):

  1. “Hey {first_name}—we haven’t seen you much lately. Want help getting back into a simple routine? Pick a time and we’ll get you booked: {booking_link}”


  2. (3 days) “What’s the biggest blocker right now: 1) time 2) motivation 3) soreness 4) schedule?”


  3. (7 days) “We saved a spot in a beginner-friendly class this week: {booking_link}. Reply STOP to opt out.”


Expected outcomes: Increased visit frequency; improved retention; fewer cancellations.

Suggested frequency: 2–3 touches per month for this segment.
