Trial-to-Member Conversion Drip — Turn 1–3 class triers into members

Campaign goal: Convert early attendance into membership by reinforcing wins + lowering friction.

When to use it: After someone attends their 1st, 2nd, or 3rd class but hasn’t purchased.

Recommended audience filters:

  • Visits attended in last 14 days = 1–3


  • Membership status = Not a member


  • Exclude: already purchased, opted-out


Sample SMS copy (drip):

  1. “{first_name}, awesome job getting in! How did you feel after class—energized or sore? Either is normal 🙂”


  2. (2 days later) “Most members see the biggest results at 2–3x/week. Want me to recommend a simple schedule for you?”


  3. (5–7 days) “Ready to make it official? Here are our best options (and I’ll help you pick): {offer_link}. Reply STOP to opt out.”


Expected outcomes: Higher conversion from “triers” to paying members; more conversations that lead to closes.

Suggested frequency: 3 touches over 7–10 days.
