Free Trial No-Show Reminder — Convert no-shows next morning

Campaign goal: Re-capture missed trial visits and reschedule quickly.

When to use it: A trial booking is marked “no-show” or “missed.”

Recommended audience filters:

  • Appointment/class status = No-show


  • Trial type = Free trial / intro offer


  • Last scheduled date = yesterday


  • Exclude: rescheduled already, opted-out


Sample SMS copy (sequence):

  1. (next morning) “Hi {first_name}—we missed you yesterday at {studio_name}. No worries—want to reschedule your free trial? Here are times: {booking_link}”


  2. (same day afternoon) “What got in the way—timing or questions? Reply with 1 for mornings, 2 for evenings, 3 for weekends.”


  3. (48h) “Still want to try us? I can hold a spot this week: {booking_link}. Reply STOP to opt out.”


Expected outcomes: More recovered trials; fewer leads lost due to one missed appointment.

Suggested frequency: 2–3 touches over 48 hours.
