Campaign goal: Convert brand-new leads into a booked first visit fast.

When to use it: Immediately after a web form fill, inbound text, or inquiry call—while intent is highest.

Recommended audience filters:

  • Lead status = New / Uncontacted


  • Created date = last 0–3 days


  • No booked appointment / no class booked


  • Exclude: already converted members, DNC / opt-out


Sample SMS copy (sequence):

  1. “Hi {first_name}! It’s {staff_name} at {studio_name}. Want me to help you book your first class this week? Here are the best times: {booking_link}”


  2. (24h later) “Quick check-in—do you prefer morning or evening classes? I can recommend the best option.”


  3. (48–72h) “Last nudge: we can hold a spot for you. Grab a first-visit time here: {booking_link}. Reply STOP to opt out.”


Expected outcomes: Faster first booking velocity; fewer leads going cold; more two-way replies.

Suggested frequency: 2–3 touches over 72 hours, then move to a longer nurture.
