Step 3: Create Your First Connection Group

What is a Connection Group?

A Connection Group organizes all of your Facebook lead connections. You can create multiple groups for different lead forms.


To create a Connection Group:


  1. Click "Create Connection Group" on the Connector App home page.

  1. Name the Connection Group (i.e., Connector Test)

  1. Select the HubSpot Portal that will be associated with the Connection.


  1. From the dropdown, choose the HubSpot Form where you want to send leads.


  1. Review the form fields associated with the HubSpot form. Enable only the fields you want to send fixed values for (example: franchise location). Do NOT enable fields like First Name or Email, as these will be dynamically pulled from the Facebook lead form.

  1. Click "Save."
