Step 3: Create Your First Connection Group
What is a Connection Group?
A Connection Group organizes all of your Facebook lead connections. You can create multiple groups for different lead forms.
To create a Connection Group:
- Click "Create Connection Group" on the Connector App home page.
- Name the Connection Group (i.e., Connector Test)
- Select the HubSpot Portal that will be associated with the Connection.
- From the dropdown, choose the HubSpot Form where you want to send leads.
- Review the form fields associated with the HubSpot form. Enable only the fields you want to send fixed values for (example: franchise location). Do NOT enable fields like First Name or Email, as these will be dynamically pulled from the Facebook lead form.
- Click "Save."
