Workflow Automation TroubleShooting

Prerequisites

Please make sure you have the following before setting up the Coupons App:

  1. You have an active HubSpot Account with access to HubSpot's Workflows feature within their Marketing Hub product.
  2. You have an active account with the Coupons App.

Within The Coupons App

Follow this checklist to make sure you have the Coupons App Setup Correctly:

  1. You have an active account in the Coupons app (Guide here)
  2. You have successfully connected your HubSpot portal within the Coupons app (Guide here)
  3. You have successfully created a campaign with codes
    1. Created a Campaign
    2. Added codes to the campaign by either manually adding codes, bulk uploading codes, or automatically generating codes
  4. Make sure the Campaign is active (Guide here)

Within HubSpot

Follow this checklist to make sure you have HubSpot Setup Correctly:

  1. You created a workflow automation correctly (Guide here)
  2. Your HubSpot Workflow is active (Guide here)
  3. You can test your workflow by
    1. Manually adding a HubSpot Contact through your workflow (Guide here)
    2. Note: Choose a test contact with an email address you have access too so you can see if the code has been sent properly
