Questions regarding the product 

As a marketer, how can the Coupons app help me? 

A: The coupons app was created to help marketers dynamically issue and deliver coupon codes directly to their end users leveraging the power of HubSpot workflows. You can kick off new marketing campaigns with coupon codes and distribute them to help convert more customers. 

Is it possible to create coupon codes with the Coupons app? If so, how many? 

A: Yes, you are able to generate as many unique coupon codes as you’d like to issue to your customers. 

I have pre-existing campaigns with coupon codes in my HubSpot account. Can I load those campaigns into the Coupons app? 

A: Yes, you have the ability to connect your existing HubSpot connections to the Coupons App and any pre-existing HubSpot campaigns will be loaded within the app. 

How do you create a new campaign within the Coupons App? 

A: Within your Campaign Dashboard there is a Create a Campaign button that will allow you to select the HubSpot Portal you’d like this campaign to be associated with and the name of the Campaign. Once created that campaign will persist within the Coupons App and HubSpot. 

How can I get a free demo of the coupons app? 

A:  On our landing page we have a free demo request form that we’d love for you to fill out! 

Questions regarding HubSpot 

What if I don’t have HubSpot, can I still use the app? 

A: You will be able to sign up for the Coupons app but you won’t be able to take advantage of the full functionality of the Coupons App until you create and connect your HubSpot account to the app. 

How do I connect my HubSpot account with the Coupons App? 

A: Within Settings, there is a HubSpot Connections page that will prompt you to connect your HubSpot account if it’s not already connected.
